A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring cabbage and beansprouts, seasoned with soy sauce and optional sesame oil.
Heat a frying pan or wok over high heat.
Add the oil and fry the ginger and garlic for a minute.
Add the cabbage to the pan.
Turn down the heat to medium and add 1 tbsp warm water.
Cook the cabbage for 2 minutes, tossing frequently, until tender but crisp.
Add the beansprouts and sauté gently for a minute.
Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
Transfer the vegetables to a dish, season, and serve.
